Filter Detect Unit - Offline capsule filter detect unit (JK-FDU)

  • JK-FDU is designed to detect bad capsule filter rod.

  • After one day (curing) can be detected by sensor.

  • The microwave sensor detect density of the capsule inside filter.

  • The theory is cracked capsule will be empty after curing time (one day)

 

- Speed : 500 ~ 800 rods/min detect.

- one hopper conveyor and TFU2000 attached to pack after detect

- Bad filter will be blown by drum.
